I hope everybody has a safe and happy Turkey Day, a day full of good friends, family, food and above all great beer.
I'd really just rather be brewing in sunny Carlsbad New Mexico

My perspective on Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving to all so glad you are not a turkey. Remember that they are the most friendly birds that you could have ever met. I'LL miss the girl that loved her head stroked, thank you Diamond.

I'm Blessed that you were in my life for the short time you were alive. I HOPE I gave you a good life.

Thank You for your sacrfice. You will not be forgotten. Good Bye Diamond.

I love you

Happy Thanksgiving brewers!

We're doing a traditional Thanksgiving meal with my family today and a Jamaican jerk style meal with my in-laws tomorrow. Jerk-rubbed grilled turkey, habanero mustard sauce for gravy, jerk-rubbed oven-roasted sweet potato wedges, and sautéed chard with cranberries and almonds. Best holiday ever!  I may even get in a brew session at some point.   8)

A Happy Thanksgiving to all!

May your turkey be plump, May your potatoes & Gravy have never a lump,
May your pies take the prize. And may your Thanksgiving Dinner stay off your thighs.

Cheers Everyone.

It was nice. Four generations present. Turkey was awesomely prepared by my elder brother today and I made stock from the carcass later on in the evening.

Bless you all and be safe with happy holidays.

For the first time in the history of our family we went out for dinner on Thanksgiving. We went to a local brewpub who served up an amazing family-style turkey and porkloin dinner with all the trimmings. We also had the house Oatmeal Stout and IPA. Both were fantastic.

Here's hoping everyone had a great holiday!

Cheers!
