kegging a porter and brewing an american amber ale - still deciding on cascade or columbus for the flameout hops - might have to flip a coin.
I vote for both but a bit heavier on the Cascade...  ;) Cheers!!!
If Homebrew & BBQ aren't the answer, then you're askin' the wrong questions... Cheers!!!

Supposed to be cold & windy this weekend so here goes:
1) Bottle a Spiced Cyser Mead
2) Rack a Fruit Medley Mead
3) Keg 10 gallons of Irish Red Ale
4) Brew 10 gallons of Dry Stout
5) Cook up a big batch of Chili

Cheers, and Happy Brewing!!!

Update us Monday with how much of that you actually got done :)  If you accomplish half, I'll be impressed.

Thats what family and friends who like to drink my beer are for! Two taking turns filling, two taking turns capping, and 1 doing the racking while Im brewing....well I do have a brutus system so I dont have to do much other than tell them what to do haha.

Plus I enforce child labor on keg scrubbing ;)

My wife is out of town for 6 days and I'm off work for most of that time.  After that I work for about 2 weeks straight without a day off.  I think I'll try to get in a couple batches of something this week.

All Galaxy AIPA. Get starter going for an all Cent AIPA. Keg a Green Flash WCIPA. Hope to start secondary on a BVIP, needs to drop a couple more points...

I have many, many things to do, but I finished the article I was writing for Zymurgy, so should probably brew one of the recipes just to be sure....

Sadly, no brewing for me this weekend. I'll be keging a Vanilla Porter and  a Raspberry Cider. Dry hopping a Black IPA. I might bottle some of the Vanilla Porter as I've been getting a lot of requests for that one lately.

Got a batch of Munich helles brewed yesterday and its bubbling away nicely in the keezer.  Today I'm brewing a best bitter.  I also need to bottle my weizenbock and keg a pale ale.
