Interesting...Springfield OR is #25 on the list, but Eugene isn't listed.  Strange, since they're connected!   And obviously they only look at "large" cities...we get about 3 times as much rain at my house as either Springfield or Eugene.

I like that we took the top 15 slots. I think my favorite part is that they put Issaquah Plateau as their own city. Win.

Oh, and Denny, Eugene is right above Springfield on that list.

The strange part is that those two lists overlap. Apparently they only survey about 200 counties.

How bad is it?  I don't know what data they used to arrive at 35% for Bellingham, but Seattle averages ~70 sunny days a year.  Clearly they didn't use that.
