Kegging my AAA and more cellar organization. No brewing this weekend...I'm taking a weekend off after brewing the last three in a row to collect my beer.  ;D

Doing 5 gals of steam today and either 5 gals of pilsner or 5 gals of APA tomorrow.  Both yeast are re-pitches so they're ready to go.  Whichever one doesn't get done will be done on Monday.
Somehow my beer reserves have dwindled and I need to get caught back up.  Hate to have a winter storm and get caught with less than 40 gals of emergency beer.

Steam Beer and a request for another Pumpkin Ale.  First time brewing a Pumpkin Ale without a real pumpkin.  Got the rice hulls ready!

Kegging German Pils and Timothy Taylor Landlord, both of which have been dry hopped while I consumed the first five gallons in each keg.  It should be interesting to try to compare.
