34 days and counting
« on: December 28, 2011, 03:23:21 PM »
Until NHC registration opens up.  There will be less room in Seattle than there was down in San Diego, so I would suggest registering early.  Last year was my first, and I'm lucky enough to be within driving distance this year.

Hopefully Jamil will bring a couple kegs of his Heretic brew up here as there is no way to get in Washington State right now.

If he does not have Washington license he would be asking for trouble.
Something about tax.
Just saying.

Eek. I wish I knew where I'll be living come June.

Is it too early to start talking roommates? I call dibs on whoever's coolest.
Beer is like porn. You can buy it, but it's more fun to make your own.

Got my plane tickets yesterday.
With less rooms at this hotel than last year, are there overflow hotels near the conference, or would it require a cab ride?

Is it June yet?  ;D

Unfortunately true....we're having a heck of a time with the WA liquor control over beers for pro night.

Yea, the WSLCB isn't in a friendly mood since we took away their monopoly on hard alchohol.  Craft distilleries are really having problems in Washington State.

What a joke that was....but at least my capital budget for new equipment was huge.  Now it seems like I have to give a gallon of blood just to buy a new PC.

33 days and counting now...113 until my trip to Disney...173 until The BN Anniversary Party...174 until NHC.

This is going to be a good year ( except for that world-ending thing in December  :D )

That's what Gary Glass has said.

That's correct.  Hotel announcement and registration and conference registration all happen Feb. 1
