Man I miss being just a few hours drive from S.C.!  I've spent enough money to buy a house at Jabs on I-95.  No can get mortars here.  Sure do miss rattling the neighbors' windows with those heavy duty  lifting charges!

Have a good one tonight and bring on the New Year!

Have a bottle of Infinium that will get cracked around midnight!

And tomorrow it is black-eyed peas, ham and cabbage for good luck!

Looks like it's gonna be the leftover standing rib roast.  Might whip up a Gumbo Z'herbes for the greens (collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, spinach, and kale).

happy New Year to all of y'all who survived last night.  In spite of having to go to work this morning my wife and neighbors managed to keep me awake until midnight.

Went to my neighbors' house and drank his chimay and watched him blow up about (no lie) $5K worth of fireworks. I also brought some of my beer (swchartzbier and IPA). Lots of fun.
