Feelin' like the king of the world...
« on: January 06, 2012, 06:31:58 pm »
I just gotta say, that this forum is awesome. So much help, info, and just plain fun. I may not post all the time, but I'm here every day just to see what's going on...    Wish I could share a brew with all of you.
Got an ipod for christmas, and been listening to a bunch of podcasts on brewing, especially the beersmith one...  Been nice to put voices to some of the guys I see here...  Denny and Kai don't sound anything like I thought...  And is it just me, or does Brad Smith sound just like Jeff Bridges from "The Big Lebowski"?
And brewer of the week...   Hoo-ahh!  Too cool.  You guys weren't kidding when you say "Welcome to the obsession"!
Thank you all!

I know what you mean, Denny sounds nothing like Kai and vice versa. When you meet them in person you will understand that even more. It is even better sharing a beer with them so save up and get to the AHA the national conference and drink brews with alot of the forum members. It is a wonderful group.

I'm trying to convince myself that leaving paradise to go to NHC '12 is a good idea.

I have a recurring nightmare where I go to the mainland and can't get back home.

I almost didn't open this thread because I was afraid to find a picture of Leonardo decapprio on the front of a boat.  :-\

Yeah, but not soon enough in the show. Would have been a much better movie if they killed him off right from the start, and we were left with 2 hours of Kate Winslet, topless. But what do I know, I'm just a sheet metal fabricator.  ::)

Yeah, I know it quickly ruined my life. Phone ringing off the hook for interviews, and the press at the door and what not....

Thanks, Weaze!  Now, if I could just figure out what a rewer is... Is it anything like a ell ringer, or rick layer?  Or ass player? ;D
