whats going on

hey everyone long time no talk been real busy.  I  figured out my problem with my "beer bomb" to much sugar finished my shed into my brew hut (will update pics soon) just bought my tickets for denver catered my boss's wedding where i served my beer everyone dug it.  got an ipa and my dubble workin. whats goin on in everyone elses pots.  oh yeah and a question what would be a good pairing with espresso beans

do you mean you want to use the beans in a brew:  if so, porters, stouts, brown ales...  also, i would recommend tryins something less common, like an espresso IPA (really good with a low temp saccharification) or a coffeed belgian strong.  if you are asking what to pair against espresso, id say go with the classics -- anything dark and roasty.
