Since I just realized that I have Monday off, I might make my IPA with WY 1098.

Will be racking an Oatmeal Stout and an English IPA to kegs.  Then I'll be making a batch of Southern English Brown Ale this weekend.  Not sure if it'll be on Saturday or Sunday, yet, though.

I'll be brewing hopfenundmalz's Timothy Taylor's Landlord Ale clone. I'll be subbing British crystal 55L for the 75L, and adjusting for color with black malt.

I too just found out that I have Monday off, and I'm thinking about a saison (perhaps a black saison) which I may or not sour with Orval dregs.

Saturday, I'll be at Bockfest, which I hope will provide the inspiration to brew up some lagers.

Just cracked open the pack of Nelson Sauvin pellets I'll be using on Friday to weigh them out.  The aroma is fantastic!  Great tropical fruit aroma.  Reminded me of papaya juice.  My excitement for my brew session on Friday just went up.

We'll see how it ends up tasting but at this point I'm kinda sorry I only bought four ounces.

Lee's Mild recipe from the book, The Craft of Stone Brewing Co.: Liquid Lore, Epic Recipes, and Unabashed Arrogance.  Using Wyeast 1469 West Yorkshire in place of WLP007.

Not sure I'll be able to get a brew in this weekend but if I do, it'll be an IPA on Sunday.

I'm going to do an Abby kit from Belgium. And try to knock out 6 gallons of Hefe-weizen cause I need more.

1469 should be great in a mild. That's one my list of things to try it in now that it's part of the full time lineup.

Doing a Blonde Ale... most likely with Perle and Saaz.  I am debating on all perle though.  Should make a nice session beer.

Kegging the 2 week old Kolsch then putting it in the fridge. Got some kegs to clean and some other projects in my shop.

Should finish cutting the cherry wood sometime soon before I get busy at work and it gets hot.

I think the best beer I have made so far has been a mild with 1469. Really wonderful stuff.
