It could also be "not for homebrewes" do to them not selling singles(have not looked at the site) or they are a wholesaler and require you to have an ein to purchase from them. It makes their life easier but they lose out on business.
It is a shipping cost that will kill the deal. They ship freight only and you pay for one skid/pallet. For me one pallletshippi g was $300+. They are in CA. I do like the kegs. You clean Sankey kegs with keg washer.

If cheap enough, it may be something worth looking into for some homebrew shops.
The only issue I have is customer service.
