just wondering. we are supposed to get blasted with snow tonight. am i allowed to shovel my walk and driveway?, how about my sump pump when it rains.

Yes, but you must monitor and document the estimated liquid volume, and send a report to your local water authority...   8)

Hey now! That was the Cuyahoga River, not the lake. If you're gonna take a shot a Cleveland, do it right!  ;D
