I haven't found a diacetyl rest to be necessary with that strain. Then again, I haven't found it to be necessary with any other strain either. Diacetyl or no, you can raise the temperature at this point without worry. I'd keep it <63°F, personally.
Ale or lager, I wait to dry hop until after cold-crashing. You just get more "bang for your buck" that way, without having to worry about the yeast pulling hop oils out of suspension with them.
