Looks like the conference hysteria is beginning...  :)

I have a freind who's planning to come along but if for some reason he can't make it, I'll definitely be looking for someone to split the room with.

I thought this would be the year I finally made it to the conference.  Alas, due to a lack of funds I'll be sitting this one out too.  Hopefully 2013 will be my year!

Yeah, we need this thing on the east coast for once. I'd go if I could drive there. Flights are just too much right now.

Have fun everyone, have a beer for me!  8)

Mike, Philly was announced for 2013 at last years conf.  A long days drive for us, but doable.

I had to work in the field yesterday. (pulling a malfunctioning well pump out of a 550' well on the Kona coast).  By the time I got home and in front of a computer all of the hotel reservations were gone.  All of the rooms sold out in 14 hours?

I've been trying to talk directly to the hotel reservations desks.  Hyatt can't help.  They're sold out.  Westin just sends me around in telephone circles and then hangs up on me.

I really would like to take the Hop Union tour on Tuesday, so I need to check in on Monday.  That seems to be the sticking point.  If I want to check in on Thursday it's all good.  I do not want to be that late to the party.  It's a long trip for just three days.

Starting to think the universe wants me to be a leader at Boy Scout summer camp again this year.  I skipped San Diego last year because I had committed to being at camp.  But, I told the other Scout leaders that this year the NHC had first dibs.

Frustration!

First year going and I must say I am quite excited. I took the day off work just so I could register for the conference.

I like your priorities.

About two years ago, I took the day off when FedEx told me my Blichmann Toptier system would be delivered.  I took pictures of the Fedex guy unloading into my garage.  And of cource, sent him away with a bomber of my beer.
