Aging a Stout

How long would you cold condition a Stout before drinking?

What kind of stout? Whats the OG and FG?

As personal preference I like to age mine 8-12 weeks after primary.  Thats the sweet spot for me.

As practical advice to find what you like...id start tasting it after 6 weeks, if you like it drink it! But Id save a 12 pack or so and let it age up to months tasting along the way to see it develops to more of your liking. That way you know for next time exactly how long to age the whole batch for so its ideal for you.

If your brewing practices are sound you can start drinking it after a couple of weeks. It may improve some over time, but I prefer fresh beer in most instances.
