Bottling question.
« on: January 31, 2012, 05:29:45 pm »
Ok, bottled my Belgian single today.
Everything tasted, smelled, looked fine except this.
I noticed a bit of bubbles at the top of the bottle. Not like a foam, just seemed way more than normal.
My question is this.
Since I dry hopped for 1 week ( I usually dont dry hop my beers ever) could this be due to that?
It was definately way cloudier than normal dur to the dry hopping.
Or am I just freaking out over nothing?
Thanks.

I think those bubbles were signs of fermentation. Which is a good thing since you just bottled. :)
