Put it in the Keg today....going to drop temps down closer to freezing....
and start the lager process. S.G. today is at 1.020. 6.7% abv...
it ought to be a nice spring beer....

Did not dry out as much as I hoped...I even use servomyces.
I think I may just curtail buying servo and use some white labs
yeast nutrient from here on....don't seem to get the bang
for my buck I was hoping to get with the servo.
