Super Bowl Food!!!
« on: February 01, 2012, 09:28:25 am »
Alright, what's everyone making for the Super Bowl? I haven't decided but I'm probably going with either a thai chicken pizza or some smoked bbq chicken pizza. Let's post some great tailgating recipes!

Macaroni and cheese soup  w/ bacon

Dry rub grilled wings

Pulled Pork BBQ

Mexi-burger sliders

We will have tortilla chips ( from a local mexican restaurant w/ guac and salsa)  , hot bologna , cheese and veggie trays and pasta salad.

Just stocked the beer fridge this morning with , Irish Red , English Mild ,my Timothy Taylor "Landlord" clone,  Belgian Rasberry Wit , Peanut Ale , and Belgian Blonde ale. Plus a case of Miller Light for those who blaspheme ....   ::)

Oh and Let's Go BIG BLUE ...Giants fan and Red Sox fan   :o  .....I know ,,,it's complicated ....

We're going to a party and bringing a spinach/artichoke dip made with greek yogurt. We made some last week and had it with homemade beer bread, but I think we'll skip the breadmaking.

Wanna post that Thai chicken pizza recipe?  I'm not watching the game, but I can eat pizza!

I saw this recipe on the King Arthur Flour blog once and always wanted to try it. I've had a few different thai pizzas in restaurants  and want to make one at home. It also uses white whole wheat flour. Bonus!

Here's there blog about it with some nice step by step directions.
