actually its not the way you prepare the coffee but rather the vareity of bean and length of roast that determines how much caffene is in it...

i knew it was the roast.  regarding the length, i've always heard 4 minutes at 190 degrees.  is that correct?

I don't have oat sodas on "school" nights.
I run 3 miles just about every day.
I have a very active job; I'm constantly moving/lifting/carrying heavy things for 12+ hours a day.
I have a little sleepy time tea at night.
I sleep and wake pretty well.
cheers.

Your body isn't a Yo-Yo.

I like turtles, too.

I ride my bike 12.5 miles every day.  I swim a mile three times a week.  I get into the ocean almost every day.

I sleep about four hours a day - usually not more than two hours in a stretch.  Often just ten or fifteen minutes at a time.

When I sleep it is rock solid, dead to the world sleep.  No substance stimulation required.

Eat well, exhaust yourself physically, and sleep the sleep of the dead.

I've made the drink from kava from Vanuatu. Woowee. It is stimulating but a tad bitter to drink. Just don't drink alcohol with it.

Have you been there Euge?  I have considered expatriating to that location....
