I ride my bike 12.5 miles every day. I swim a mile three times a week. I get into the ocean almost every day.
I sleep about four hours a day - usually not more than two hours in a stretch. Often just ten or fifteen minutes at a time.
When I sleep it is rock solid, dead to the world sleep. No substance stimulation required.
Eat well, exhaust yourself physically, and sleep the sleep of the dead.
