Nothing this week.  Going out of town to visit my wife's friend and her new bf.  I may bring some of my Perle/Saaz hopped blonde ale.  It will be have been conditioned a day short of 2 weeks on saturday so we'll see.  I'll crack one open tomorrow just to see how it's coming along.

Well, I had 4 kegs kick in the last week, so quite a bit of cleaning to do. And brewing a Steam beer.

Kegging 10 gallons of Munich Dunkel and harvesting a pint of yeast for next week's Dortmunder. It will be the 7th pitch of this yeast. I've never gone this far with one yeast so we'll see how it goes. Then of course cleaning the fermenter. My least favorite task of the day. Cheers!!!

I'm brewing a Maibock and repitching yeast from a Munich Helles I kegged last Saturday.

seriusly thinking in a Witbier for brew it this sunday, .....at least im using a T-58 dry  that i have in the fridge, so no making a starter

RIS on Monday. I'll try not to leave any taps open, unlike the last time I brewed this recipe when I ran off the first half-gallon or so onto the floor

Dunkel is in the conical.  Pretty good day.  Happy camper here, drinking a DIPA as a reward.  Cheers!

Kegging an Imperial Stout and I was planning on making a Munich Dunkel, but I didn't make a starter.  Now I am undecided and I really want to use my new Thermapen

saint donatus' new world pilsner (my take on a classic american) "If only moses had struck the plymouth rock"  will be trying out a new system with an electric roaster for the mash and the boil.  fingers crossed.

I believe I will be brewing my None More Black IPA since I finally got the Blackprinz malt that I wanted and have some simcoe left.
