OK, so I was down to my last three kegs in the keggerator, and now it turns out we are going to be at an SCA event in Mississippi in March, so Beer Cart I will be deployed which means I need beer........lots of it, soon.

So in the last 30 hours I have brewed 4 10 gallon batches..... German Ale, Imperial Stout, IPA and a Belgian Triple.

Phew.  :o

40 gallons in 30 hours = 1 1/3 gallons per hour.  Nice  ;)

Just got done with the last cleanup. As I walked from the barn to the house I noticed a nice full moon in a winter sky.....this MAY have had something to do with this..... ;D
