The article says that each American eats on average 18 lb. of bacon a year!  I haven't eaten that much combined in the last 20 years...so who's been eatin' my bacon?

I make bacon maple milkshakes at home. Save some bacon grease, and add it to the ice cream / milk, and a spoonful of maple syrup. Oh yeah! And garnish with bacon.
