Colne Valley Bitter (brupaks)
« on: February 14, 2012, 04:40:40 am »
Hi, guys!!!

Six month ago I brewed this kit (I was learning to brew!)

http://www.brupaks.com/colne.htm

Now, I only brew all-grain beers, and I am looking for a clone recipe of this kit... but I can't find any recipe with this name!!!
Does anybody have information about?

best!!!!

well, I can't see much detail in terms of what is in that kit beyond 2 row pale malt and english hops soooo...

6-7 lbs marris otter
.5 lbs carastan

lots of EKG starting at 15 before end of boil and going every 5 minutes till 0.

It is a good point to start to investigate.
You can be sure I am going to follow your recipe.

Thank you very much!
