Same here except I use it on my iphone.  It's really easy to use, but is there a way to modify a post?

I avoid using my ipad and my macbook because of this.  I hate it, but using IE is the only way I can get to the first new post.

So, the new forum software was rolled out almost six months ago, it's loaded with bugs, we get promises that they will be fixed, and absolutely nothing but, "It's your browser's fault." is all we get in the way of fixes?

What an awesome IT department!

Well, I don't think my browser placed that "unread" button at the absolute worst place on the page. How hard is it to move a button a few mm?

The AHA just got a new IT crew, they'll be taking a look at it. We suspect it's a theme thing because if people move out of the default theme, the problems go away. (I think)

We've asked them to focus on this, so changes soon.

You might keep an eye on this thread, as this fella seems to be having the exact same problem.

As a possible alternative, maybe you could unlock the theme selection for us mortals so that we can use the Curve theme which works?

Drew,

Where do we change our theme?  I looked everywhere through the profile settings and couldn't find anyplace to change it.

At this point, only administrators can change their theme.  The IT people are looking at it as a last ditch solution for everybody.  The good news is that the new IT director has experience in the language the forum is programmed in.

Same here except I use it on my iphone.  It's really easy to use, but is there a way to modify a post?

Not that I know of, and I can't seem to quote a post, either. But it is easier for findability.

To quote a post, just tap on it and select "quote" from the menu that comes up.

Haven't found a way to modify a post yet.

I'm running Tapatalk on an Android phone, and when I tap my own post, "modify" is one of the menu options that pops up.

I spotted the new layout this morning when I logged on.  Can't really spend much time checking it out now because I'm using my iPhone, and am out on some Kilauea lava flows

It's encouraging to see changes being made (on the forum and the lava flows.)

I don't see anything different.  The new post button still goes to the top of the last page.
