Depending on my negotiating skills with SWMBO I hope to do an Irish Red and an American Wheat.  At a minimum, I have 4 kegs that need to be cleaned.

What is SWMBO?
An idiot acronym for one's wife.

Probably going to get 10 gallons of BoPils brewed. And I have 3 kegs to clean, and a Baltic Porter ready to come out of a rum barrel.

Doin a belgian dubbel. 10g batch split with WLP500 and WY3787. my 2 fav belgian yeasts! Figuring out which works best in my dubbel.

After 2 weeks of decoction mashing its time to move out of that realm for a couple weeks.

I'll make sure and run any acronyms by you for your approval in the future.  I was unaware you were so easily offended.   ::)

Kegging Maibock and hopefully brewing the CYBI Arrogant Bastard clone ( attempt #2 ) with the Chinook I have in the freezer.  I think I'll call it "Chinookiee Wookiee"  ;D

No brewing this weekend, but I am bottling an Altbier, and tossing some cascades in my American Amber.
