That's the near apex of Japanese audio engineering,
1979 Pioneer SX 980, it's all soild state ,
but 41 pounds and 80watts RMS goodness.

Did you fabricate the ventilation hood or buy it? I am putting my brewery in the basement and will need to get one.

If you bought it what was the price range?

I had a large HVAC company make it to my specs and they TIG welded the seems , it was about $ 700 if I remember correctly .

I live in Eastern PA ..

Thanks all , took a huge effort but well worth it .

As a side, my brewery was picked up in Cardiff Wales, UK .  Here's a cool site for those wanting more inspiration , our neighbors in the UK have a very health admiration for "Sheddies " , here's mine and others ...enjoy
