Diacetyl rest
« on: March 10, 2012, 05:57:18 pm »
I have brewed a Bohemian Pilsner and have moved the carboy from my fridge into the house for my diacetyl rest.  I did this on Thursday thinking I would get the beer into the secondary by Sunday.  Now it appears I will not be able to rack into a secondary until Wednesday or Thursday.  Will a week long diacetyl rest be a problem?

It's not a problem at all. Go for it!
