German Gose with sea salt and acidulated malt - a spring time thirst quencher.

I've been sitting on my dunkelweizen kit for a few weeks now and I've had one thing after another come up to keep me from brewing. I finally told my wife tonight that I am brewing it tomorrow night no matter what because I don't want the ingredients to get stale on me. Thankfully the threat of wasting money is a big trump card in my household. My poor, sweet wife still thinks I started brewing to save money on beer  ;D

Have another fermenter open so I'm hoping I can convince my buddy to come over this weekend for some IPA brewage too.

I will be toasting some coconut and transferring a robust porter on top of that.  Other than that, gotta work on the backyard to keep the wife happy so she lets me brew when I want.   ;)

I can't brew this weekend >:(
Really want to give this recipe a try. I'll need a dark option in the lineup this spring as the Schwarz is going fast.

I'm going to be brewing up revision 2 on a mostly Gluten-free beer made with a malted Oat base and a few flaked additions.  Looks uglier than sin when it's fermenting but once it clears out and matures a bit, it tastes pretty damn good for a gluten-free beer and no real malt profile.

I'll be brewing a belgian dark strong 'quad' ala Westvleteren clone(ish) on Monday.

This weekend I'll be working on my fermentation fridge expansion project and scouting for turkey (season opens April 14!)

Is it bad that I have 5 different IPA's in bottles right now?  ;)

Yes, you should have more.  ;)

...although I did brew a Kolsch last weekend and had a visitor crawl up to me in the middle of the boil.

We like turtles!

well I have a lot of them! Had to move 3 terrapins out of the way of my weed eater just this morning, but that was the first box turtle I had seen in a couple years.
