Yep, 2 lb. of firm tofu.  Gotta represent Eugene for NHC!

I think I could make my wife barf just by saying the name of that beer. She can't stomach tofu.

but you can't taste tofu. that's kind of the point. does it come off as just a regular pale ale?

Just finished a batch of German Pils in case the last bottle of my previous batch wins at the NHC regionals.
This was the first time I acidified the sparge water (lactic acid) and I think it made a difference in my efficiency.
All in all a pleasant and trouble-free brew day.
