Flaconers Flight Blend

I am considering these for an IPA as a huge late addition blast. What are everyone's experience with this blend?

I think the blend is fantastic, and happy they brought it back again.  I made a saison with 3711. It gave me a lot of tropical fruit aroma, and was very pleasant to drink during the summer. I'd say go for it. Great for drop hopping too.

Loved it last year.  Actually didn't expect it to be back.  Does anyone know if it's the same blend?  Northern Brewer calls it the "7 Cs", but I thought last year there was a significant amount of Simcoe in it.

I love it too!

Narvin, I could be wrong but I think there were two Falconer's Flights this year - 7 cs and the regular.

I made an all Falconer's Flight IPA, that actually just kicked last weekend.  I really liked it.  Definitely try them out.  Not necessarily my favorite, but very good nonetheless.

I think the 7C's is a different blend than Falconer's Flight.  I believe HopUnion is doing a bunch of different blends as substitutes for hard to get hops.  I believe the different blends are:

Flaconer's
7 "C's"
Zythos
Centennial type

But, I could be wrong.

I bought a pound of FF pellets that came from Hop Union. It has 11.4% Alpha and 4.9% Beta.  I recently used it in an IPA for dry hop.  Love the aroma and want to try more of it in my next IPA which is currently on deck.

You guys got me going now. I have about 8-10 ounces of FF in the freezer vacuum sealed from last year. I need to do a "freezer cleanout" DIPA and I think the FF might headline the show!
