Decided at the last minute to brew a Bunny Hop Ale....an APA with Falconer's Flight and Cascade.  5 gallon all grain batch with US-05.  A simple brew day for a lazy holiday.

Back in August I brewed a SNPA clone for my friends' wedding and everyone at the event loved it, especially the bride and groom. Every time i talk to them they mention the beer and how great it was so i invited them over to help me brew "their wedding beer" this week on thursday the 12th.

they seem really excited to see the process and help out and they've also expressed interest in homebrewing so i figured it would make for a fun day.

All of the grain, hops and yeast are ordered and should arrive tues or wed. Hope that gives me enough time to make the starter...
