One of these just made the top of my wishlist.  And with the "it will keep me from getting burned (cut, or scalded)" argument, I should have one before next brew day!

How exactly do you transfer the wort from kettle to fermenter, with the kettle sitting so low?

I wonder if Denny is still using his Wort Wizard?

I was planning on using it for just that purpose.  With the stand down I can keep my brewstand shorter.  Then I can raise the stand to transfer to a fermenter:

I bought a pump to do recirculated chilling and it also xfers the wort to the fermenter, so I no longer need the WW.

A jack-off table? You need a special table for that? :o

My jack-off table consists of 2 cinder blocks. That, combined with my youthful strength seems to get the job done. Wait, what are we talking about again?
