Cool article. Thanks for the link. The Schlafly taproom was pretty great. They had a few beers on cask when I was there, and a blackberry mead that was amazing. I highly recommend going there if anyone visits St. Louis. Their Biere de Garde is pretty awesome. I'd say it's in the top 5 of my fav commercial beers.
