Nice demonstration of how people can survive.  Our tech has come a long way and we are just getting started.  Good thing too, since we have had so many people coming back home from overseas the past few years.

My flash is borked at the moment, so no watching the video, but I found this article today

Bionic Woman finishes London Marathon in 16 days

Every time I read a story like this I can't help but think I'd be a big fat whiner being all pissy about situation.

A girl I know from my son's swim team just went to the Canadian Paralympic trials.  You want to see something impressive, watch her swim a 1500M butterfly with only one arm.  I can't do a length with 2 arms.  It's nice to see the fans all going nuts, cheering her on because she's always the last to finish against the able bodied swimmers even though she's one of the fastest in the country for paralympic swimmers.
Now, where did I leave my doughnut?
