How cool can I push 007? I have it ready and am looking for a clean character.

I have taken that strain down just below 60* a couple times without noticable problems, but that was towards the end of the fermentation so it might have been done, it certainly flocs out well at low temps though.

If I'm looking for a clean fermentation character, I'll pitch it at 62. That's as low as I've gone with it, but it's still pretty vigorous at that temp, so I wouldn't be afraid to push it a few degrees lower.
