Didn't get to the Berliner Weisse last weekend (too beat up :P).  Will do it this weekend.  Saw some things about WLP630 that make me think it might not do the job for me.  Anyone have any experience with this yeast that got good results?

Perparing for Big Brew next weekend.  I'll be brewing 11 gallons of a Brown Ale.  Taking the RV with my cooler and kettle on the road next weekend to our club's Big Brew site.  :)

No brewing this weekend.

Brewing a Belgian pale ale (Gordon Strong's King from Brewing Better Beer). Thought about squeezing in a second batch, will see how the energy is late afternoon tomorrow. Want to enjoy the process... sometimes less is more. Made a starter last night; just patted it on the head and tucked it in for the evening.

I racked my Falconers Flight 7Cs IPA this afternoon. My goodness, that smelled outrageous. The gravity sample wasn't bad, either ;)
