In process of bottling my second attempt at home brewing, this batch is a Summer Ale (kit) and when preparing my priming solution I have discover I used 4 cups of water with my German Oktoberfest instead of the called for 2 cups. Had 4 gallons of brew giving me 46 bottles in carbonation.
How much will this effect the outcome of the in bottle carbonation? Will my first attempt be a fizzless failure? Yes practice makes perfect. I'm starting to believe my knowledge about home brewing is starting out like my computer knowledge..... learn thought mistakes.
A little advice would be greatly appreciated.
