Done also.  And my wife has Crohn's, so I know first hand what this lady has gone through. It can be a painful and debilitating disease at times.  We fight with insurance companies constantly just to get medication.  I wish you all the best of luck, hope you win!

Yep we have the same problem with insurance....had to switch companies and the service got worse, hard to believe with the amount we pay in that they can't get their stuff together.
