I was thinking that i would probably need the 12x16 or 12x20 and came up with this layout for the interior:
Nice Tony, where will you ferment?

I was thinking I could use that fridge for a fermentation chamber, not sure tho.
Sure, as long as there is room in the keezer for some bottles :)

my old shed built many years ago.  suffered extensive wind damage.  everything to the right of the front door is an actual shed, the left was a play house.  now just storage.  through the left window can be seen stairs to the loft.  the pile of white behind and to the right is aluminum siding from my house that will be re-used when i rebuild the shed late this summer.  brewshed? maybe

Agree with Tom--you can always use more refrigerator space.
One fermentation fridge for ales, one fermentation fridge for lagers or a different ale that is cold crashing/clarifying.  A third for storing multiple kegs.  A fourth under the bar for various bottles and sodas and water bottles, etc.  Perhaps a big walk in storage refrigerator for various barrel projects....
