Yes.  Mine said, "If you are in Afghanistan, keep your head down and get your ass back here to us in one piece."

All else is irrelevant.

;) I have been doing that. Thanks. 3 weeks to go !

My wife sent me an e-mail saying that she just did not want to miss it. As my comm access is spotty I wanted to make sure.

Thanks for the input. Tom, I think she will do ok. It is only 3 bottles that she has to pack and mail.

Has anyone received their instruction packet for the final round?
Hi Scott,

The information cannot be sent out until I resolve all the problems with the databases so they can be merged into one database.  Only then will I be able to print out all the documents to send to the winners of the First Round competitions.  I anticipate sending the winners packages sometime next week (May 21-25).

Good luck in the Final Round!

Thanks for the info Janis. I wasn't trying to be pushy. With me in Afghanistan and my wife busy chasing around our 2 children at home I just want to make sure we did not miss it.

See you in Seattle.

Anyone get their second round packets yet?

25 days until I travel nearly 2500 miles, just to drink some beer.  ;D

Hi everyone,

The addition of the extra competition has impacted my timeline for getting the information out to everyone, so the information, bottle labels, and instructions were e-mailed to all of the winners on Wednesday, May 23rd.

If you have not received the e-mail, look in your Junk , or Spam folder.  If you still don't find it, the package containing the same information plus your ribbons and certificates will be in the mail on Tuesday.  The entry window is from May 29 to June 11, so you have plenty of time to ship your entries.  If you're panicking about it, send me an e-mail to request the information again.  I will try to help everyone, but I don't work 24/7 even though it sometimes seems like I do.

Good luck in the Final Round!

Cheers,
