I'm experimenting with a Praline Brown this weekend.
That sounds excellent! Please report back.

Will do.  It will be my first time using pecans.  I'm hoping that brown sugar/pecans/a little vanilla/some flaked oats with a malty base will combine for something in the neighborhood of a praline flavor.  I'm starting light in all the flavors and hope to tweak from there in the future.

No brewing, but I'll be kegging 3-4 batches for NHC.

Putting a Berliner Weisse in the secondary, adjusting carbonation and dry hopping an IPA, clarifying a Belgian Blonde ale, making a starter for a Czech pils, and taking a nap. :)

Trying to install another utility sink in my cellar.  Maybe bottling a RIS to make room for another keg.

No brewing.

No brewing but lots of indulging to empty kegs and bottles to make room for more beer.  Also celebrating my nephews 1st birthday.

Bottling off the keg for my daughter's graduation from college - a brown and a pale ale; brewing Helles on Sunday with WLP 860 harvested from a current batch - it might be my house lager yeast for the year!

Gonna brew a Helles, with WY1007, so I guess it's not really a Helles, but pseudo-Helles.

Recently did a pseudo-Ofest with WY1007 and it turned out fantastic.  I think you'll be happy with your pseudo-Helles

10 minutes into the boil for my mild for NHC. Looks like I overshot the gravity a touch...

Today I brewed a Columbus/Centennial/Cascade ale that was going to be a pale ale, but due to a considerably higher than expected efficiency, ended up an IPA.  I got about 79% efficiency and 1.071 OG, 8 points higher than I targeted.  I believe it was primarily due to treating not just the mash water as I have always done in the past, but also the sparge water, per Martin's v1.12 of Bru'n Water.

But also higher OG due to boiling 15 minutes longer than I input in ProMash.

Brewed a Black Beauttie Porter which is headed for the NHC. Had a nice day doing our postponed "big brew" event. Initiated a couple of folks to their first all grain batch and had many others stop by to see first hand what homebrewing was all about. Good fun.

Brewed a Dragons Milk clone yesterday, used no-sparge then sparged for a small beer (or some starter wort) after that.
