I'm brewing a batch of Wayne Wamble's original Hop Island IPA.  Its a Centennial/Cascade AIPA that is similar to Two Hearted.  Tallahassee was poorer when Wayne left town and desolate when Buckhead Brewery closed.  It's great to see him back in WBC Gold form at Cigar City.

I picked up a growler of his IPA yesterday at the brewery.

Just got back from Maui, so I'm changed my milk stout recipe up a little and brewed a coconut milk stout yesterday and today I'm brewing a Pineapple Wheat, which I'm just adding some pineapple to my Amer. wheat recipe.

Yesterday I brewed an Oktoberfest....two months overdue!  Last lager of the season....I am fermenting it in the fridge instead of the basement, as the basement is now 54°F and will certainly get warmer this week.

A rye pale ale. Found a clone recipe for Founder's Red Rye, but added my own tweaks. Here's to hoping it comes out well!
