flaked maize in Bru'n Water?
« on: May 26, 2012, 11:16:57 am »
Anyone know what to do with flaked maize in Bru'n Water?  Maybe it doesn't change anything?
And I guess what to do with wheat malt or flaked wheat?
Cheers, Tom

My experience is that it adds low acidity and can be considered a 'base' grain with very low color, say 1L or 2L.
