almost took these but they were a little too far gone for my liking...

You live waaay to far from the ocean 1v.  Those aren't oysters. Those are mushroom!   ;)

yummers. oyster shrooms are so great and versatile. nice find. yeah that shaggy mane is already to gone. those are best for breakfast in my opinion.
