Congratulations, Mic! This is an inspiring story.  Does your wife help you brew? I assume that's why you're saying "we" with everything.

I wouldn't say "she helps."  I consider her an equal caliber brewer.  Some brew days I help her.  In fact today, while I am in the office "workin' for the man," she will be grinding grain, and doughing in the first batch by the time I get off work.  We should have another 20 gallons in the fermenters before bedtime.

And last night we kegged up 20 gallons of our Amber.  I hope the two we already have last until those four kegs are carbed and aged a bit.
