Actually Drew, I was thinking of using your malt bill for Pliny the Toddler with a hop bill closer to the "PDF" recipe thats been around for a while for 10 gallons of express IPA, five of which I will bring up to NHC for club night. Also planning to bring a keg of BVIP

no brewing for me. going to keg the extract session IPA thing I made two weeks ago and try to rig up my old swamp cooler style temp control to work for kegs being served instead of fermenters. seems like it should work unless kegs aren't waterproof.

Just racked half of my weizen over 2 lbs of blackberries. Hoping to bottle the non-blackberry half early next week.

That's the spirit! I'll be brewing Friday for my lecture and Saturday for everyone else.

Niiiiiiice, dude.  That sounds like it will be a great beer.  I've yet to venture into decoction mashing, but one day I will...German beer definitely kicks ass.

I don't think I will be brewing this weekend, although I'd like to.  I think I maybe brew Monday or Tuesday though.  It will probably be a dunkel with just a single infusion.  Lame, I know.  But it'll still be good.

Let's go with a Brown Ale, shall we? Perhaps from the Noti region of Oregon...

Going to make a beer filter/randall and filter a blackberry hef, then doctor it with more fruit or fruit essence.

Indiana Brewers Cup competition beers are also due soon! Bottling up a vintage Flanders, a sour tripel, and perhaps an IPA if time allows.
