While not so famous, Major League Baseball relief pitcher Chris Ray from the Cleveland Indians (former Seattle Mariner) is an avid homebrewer.

I had a poem published in 6th grade.  Is being a "published author" enough?  I'm pretty sure the posters in the Post Office shouldn't qualify me though.   ;D

Michelle Beadle former ESPN anchor and current nbc sports personality has talked about homebrew on twitter and least drinking some, not sure if she actually brews herself though.

http://us.tweetwood.com/MichelleDBeadle/tweet/141731884299333632
“Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drank, I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn’t drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, “It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver.
