Could not get ahold of any real blood oranges, but they make this kick ass natural blood orange juice I planed on using. I have about 1/2 gallon of it. Gonna start with a quart added to the secondary. Anybody have any expierenct using just juice in a beer. I have only used fresh fruit or fruit puree's

I recently brewed a wheat beer with black cherry juice...  I used 2 pints, added them into the primary after 10 days fermentation and let it ferment out. Nice cherry flavor/aroma, but not overpowering. Can still taste the wheat beer flavors too. Have had many compliments on this one.

Is this the recipe from extreme brewing? How much blood orange does the recipe call for? Would you just be adding the "juice" to secondary?
Fermenting:
Cherry melomel

In Kegs:
Saison
Irish Red
Thanksgiving Cider
Rye Pale Ale
IIPA
Ayinger Maibock clone
Moose drool clone

Bottles:
Mead
