But this is in a starter. My plan was to rack my Saison into glass tomorrow and pitch the starter. Mostly just because we will be away for a week or so on vacation. But, if you think it takes longer to get going, maybe I will add a second liter of wort and let it work while we are away and pitch when we return.

I think I have a pellicle forming.  Not 100% sure because I've never used this before but there is a definite layer of something growing on the top.  Just happy it's alive.
