I think it's awesome that you're doing a pico brewery. Interesting and I bet the initial outlay is quite small compared to something significantly larger!
"quite small" indeed. The only real costs have been a couple more chest freezers from craigslist, $100 liciense application fee, and $100 for the brewer's bond. Even product liability insurance is cheap.
We're in to this for less than $2000 when including everything.
But of course, "pico" is a good word.
